Impact of the Access of Distributed Generation on Distance Protection and the Reclosing of Distribution Network

  • 摘要: 传统配电网是单侧电源、放射式的结构,分布式电源(DG) 接入后配电网变为双电源或多电源供电系统,会对配电网距离保护和重合闸产生影响。在理论研究影响的基础上,基于Digsilent建立模型进行仿真验证,得出结论:①当DG不在保护和线路故障点之间时,DG的接入对该距离保护没有影响;当DG位于保护和故障之间时,需分DG从母线接入时和DG从线路接入两种情况讨论对保护的影响;②DG接入后在配电网重合闸时可能重合于永久性故障或者非同期重合闸,将会产生很大的冲击电流,损坏电力设备,影响配电网供电可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Traditional distribution network is unilateral power and radial structure, which will become dual or multiple power supply system by the access of distributed generation (DG), and impact its distance protection and reclosing. The theoretical analysis are verified by modeling and simulation based on Digsilent. The conclusions are: 1) When the DG is not located between protection and fault node of the line, the access of DG will not affect the distance protection. Otherwise, its impacts of the access of DG on protection are discussed in two cases, its access to bus and to line. 2) Permanent fault or asynchronous reclosing may occur when reclosing acts in distribution network with the access of DG, which will cause huge impulse current, destroy electrical equipment, and influence the supply reliability of distribution network.
