A Research on the Allocation Model of Carbon Emission in Power System Based on Carbon Emission Flow Theory

  • 摘要: 提出一种电力系统碳排放产权界定分配的模型。分摊模型以电力系统碳排放结构分解为切入点,借鉴负荷分析理论将电力系统碳排放以其所对应的电能用途分成了综合用电负荷碳排放、网损碳排放、厂用电碳排放等3部分。确定结构成分并与电力系统碳排放流的计算指标对应后,计算得到系统中各碳排放流成分分布;运用潮流追踪对系统网损引起的碳排放进行分配定量,最后得到系统实时碳排放的产权分配结果。在对IEEE14标准节点进行算例分析后,其结果证明了本文所述模型的可行性与正确性。

     

    Abstract: A new model of the property allocation for carbon emissions in power system is proposed. Based on the structure decomposition of carbon emission in power systems, carbon emissions of power system and related electricity consumers are divided into such 3 parts as carbon emissions of integrated electricity load, net loss and auxiliary power by using the load analysis theory. After determining the structure composition and its corresponding calculation indicators of the carbon emission flow in power system, the composition distribution of carbon emission flow is calculated. Then the power flow tracing method is used to allocate and quantify the carbon emission caused by net loss. In the end, the real-time allocation result of carbon emission on property rights is obtained. Simulation of IEEE 14-bus 5-machine system is performed, and the results show that the proposed model is feasible and correct.
