Application and Test Analysis on the Delay Controllable Switch in Smart Substation

  • 摘要: 网络延时的不确定性一直是智能变电站中使用网络采样和跳闸方案需要解决的技术难点,但是保护装置可以利用合并单元固有延时和延时可控交换机计算的链路驻留总延时ΔT还原收到的多个间隔的采样数据的发生时刻,完成采样的同步处理。为了验证延时可控交换机中精确延时算法和传输的精度和可靠性,搭建了组网测试系统,对延时补偿、数据流量精确控制、保护装置的处理等功能、性能和可靠性进行了测试应用分析。最后提出推荐的组网方案和主要的技术指标要求。

     

    Abstract: The uncertainty of network delay is the technical difficulties in network sampling and trip scheme for smart substation. But the protection device can restore occurrence time of received sampling data at multiple intervals through merging unit inherent delay and the total delay ΔT of spaced link resides calculated by delay controllable switcher, then synchronized sampling is implemented. In order to verify the preciseness of time delay algorithm, transmission accuracy and reliability of delay controllable switcher, a network test system is built to compensate time delay, to precisely control data flow, to deal with such functions as protection device, and to testify and analyze its performance and reliability. In the end, the recommended network scheme and main requirements of technical index are put forward.
