“两渡”直流投产后南方电网振荡中心特性分析

Characteristic Analysis of Oscillation Center for China Southern Power Gridon Commissioning of “Liang Du” HVDC Project

  • 摘要: 本文基于“两渡”直流投产的2014年南方电网运行方式,分析了“两渡”直流及“云广”直流闭锁稳控拒动后,电网失稳过程中振荡中心的系统特性,以及目前配置的失步解列装置动作情况,同时对溪洛渡直流所在的滇东北地区也进行了分析。根据分析的结果,建议对现有失步解列装置的运行配置和定值进行修订,同时在永丰—多乐断面上加装失步解列装置。

     

    Abstract: Based on 2014 operation mode on commissioning of “Liang Du” HVDC project, the system characteristic of oscillation center and the action status of the out of step devices are studied after analyzing the non action of blocking equipment and stability control system for “Liang Du” and “Yun Guang” HVDC project. At the same time, the Northeast Area of Yunnan province for “Xi Luo Du” HVDC project is also studied. According to analysis results, it is suggested to revise the configuration and value of the current out of step system, and add out of step devices at YongFeng DuoLe section.
