风电场场站级降功率控制策略优化研究

Research on Active Power Reduction Control Optimization of Wind Farm

  • 摘要: 场站级功率控制系统是风电场跟踪电网调度指令、控制风电机组的关键。为优化风电场功率控制系统,减小调节过程产生的风机频繁启停和动作损耗,本文考虑恒频变桨风机的运行机械特性,提出功率调节评价指标体系,使用熵值法修正的层次分析法确定指标权重,通过模糊综合评价对机组评分,进而提出风电场降功率优化分配模型。最后以某风电场实际算例对所提评价策略和优化模型的有效性进行了比较验证。

     

    Abstract: Power control system for wind farm is a key link in tracking grid dispatching instruction and controlling wind turbines. In order to optimize the power control system for wind farm, and to reduce mechanical loss of wind turbine in control process, the operational mechanical characteristics of wind turbines is considered in this paper, and a comprehensive evaluation system is proposed. Then the index weights are determined by using AHP corrected by the entropy weight method, and turbines are assessed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the end, a reducing power optimization model is proposed. The effectiveness of proposed evaluation strategy and optimization model is verified by actual wind farm example.
