  • 摘要: 虽然线路上的单相故障一般不会对系统的稳定性产生影响, 但对其不恰当的处理却可能会导致系统的失稳。根据当前单相重合闸的实际使用情况, 以发电机功率特性曲线为基础对黑启动孤网期间系统遭受单相接地故障后重合闸动作对系统稳定性影响进行了理论及仿真分析, 指出单相重合闸的正确动作在某些情况下可能会导致与预期相反的结果而导致系统失稳, 对于防止此类失稳提出了相应的预防措施, 为合理配置黑启动期间孤网的重合闸方案提供一些理论依据, 最后通过对实际系统的仿真证实了结论的正确及有效性。

     

    Abstract: Although the single phase short fault normally has little impact on stability of the power system, its improper settlement will probably lead to loss of stability. According to the actual usage condition of single phase reclosure equipment and based on the characteristic curve of generators, the stability of power system in black start period is analyzed and simulated when the system is subjected to the single phase fault and the reclosure action happens soon afterwards. It is pointed out that the action of single phase reclosure may lead to instability results, and the precaution methods are suggested. It provides theoretical basis for the proper deploy the reclosure plan in the black start period. The validity and effectiveness of the conclusion is verified through real system simulation.
