Design and Development of New Protection Testing System Based on DSP Board

  • 摘要: 基于嵌入式工控机的设计思想造成了传统的继电保护测试系统具有体积大、成本高等缺陷。根据“仿真运算与数据输出分开独立运行”的设计思想, 提出了“PC机+DSP模板”的继电保护测试系统设计方案。通过CCS2.0和VC++6.0工具, 开发了DSP模板的设备固件程序和USB2.0应用程序。以标准正弦波为例, 开发了测试界面程序。测试结果验证了系统的良好工作性能。

     

    Abstract: Relay protection has been greatly promoted by its testing technique. The concept based on the embedded industrial control computer results in many problems of the traditional relay protection testing device, such as high cost, big system and so on. According to the concept “Simulation algorithm and outputting data operates separately”, the design of new relay protection testing equipment is proposed based on “PC+DSP board”. The equipment firmware procedure of the hardware platform and the application of the USB Device Driver through CCS2.0 and VC++6.0 tools are developed. The standard sine wave is employed as the example. The testing system shows fine performance.
