计及充放储一体站的主动配电网DG出力优化研究

Research on DG Output Optimization of Active Distribution Network with Charge-discharge-storage Integrated Stations

  • 摘要: 充放储一体站不仅能满足电动汽车的充电需求,同时站内储能系统作为电源节点还能为电网反馈电能。本文构建了接入主动配电网的充放储一体站的充放电模型,考虑风电、光电的随机出力特性,计及电网实时电价、环境成本、一体站的充放电储发成本等因素,建立了DG出力优化的目标函数,采用粒子群算法求解。通过算例分析,对比了计及一体站前后的主动配电网DG出力优化的运行成本,验证了本文方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Charge-discharge-storage integrated station can not only meet the requirement of electric car charging, while the station energy storage system as a power node can also feedback power for the power grid. In this paper, the charge and discharge model of the integrated distribution network is established for active distribution network by considering the random output characteristics of wind power and photoelectricity.By considering such factors as the real-time electricity price, the environmental cost and the charge and discharge cost of the integrated station, the objective function of DG output optimization is built, and is solved by particle swarm optimization. Through case study, the feasibility of the method is verified by comparing the running cost of DG output optimization of active distribution network before and after integrated station.
