Strategy of Hybrid Energy Storage to Stabilize Wind-PV Power Fluctuation Considering Battery SOC Safety Range

  • 摘要: 风光互补发电系统输出功率的随机性和间歇性会对局部电网的电能质量造成不利影响。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了考虑蓄电池SOC安全运行范围的混合储能平抑功率波动策略,分析了不同滤波器参数对输出功率的影响,提出了滤波器参数选取原则,给出了带有滤波器时间常数在线调整的功率参考值生成图。最终,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真软件搭建了风光-混合储能系统的仿真模型,对SOC在不同阶段下进行了仿真研究,仿真结果验证了所提出控制方法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: The randomness and intermittency of the output power of wind-PV system have a negative influence on power quality of local network. In order to solve this problem, the strategy of hybrid energy storage to stabilize wind-PV power fluctuation considering SOC safety range is proposed in this paper. The influence of different filter parameters on the output power is analyzed, the selection principle of filter parameters is proposed,and the generation diagram of power reference value with filter time constant that is online adjusted is given. In the end,through the simulation model of the wind-PV power system built by Matlab/Simulink simulation software, proposed leveling strategy is studied under different stages of SOC.And the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed control method are verified by the simulation results.
