Implementing Time Synchronization of Power Grid UsingSatellite Common View System

  • 摘要: 为实现电网所有设备的时间一致性, 提出一种基于GPS、北斗“双模”卫星共视比对系统的时间同步技术。首先介绍了共视比对系统的原理, 分析了系统采用的数据处理算法和工作模式。然后通过一点对多点的共视比对模式, 使国家电网所有一级基准时钟溯源于国家授时中心的标准时间, 并获得较高的时间同步精度。比对数据表明, GPS模式下的共视比对精度优于5ns, 北斗模式下共视比对精度优于15ns。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the time conformance of all devices in power grid, the time synchronization technique based on GPS/BD “dual mode” satellite common view system is proposed. The principle of CV system, the data processing algorithm and working mode are introduced in detail. It can realize time synchronization between primary reference clocks of power grid and local Coordinate Universal Time of National Time Service Center UTC(NTSC) using this technique.The intercomparison precision is better than 5ns using the GPS CV method, and it is better than 15ns using the BD CV method. The high precision, and high stability and highly reliable time unification are realized for the power grid.
