Residue Supply Capability of Partial Feeders in Distribution Networks

  • 摘要: 现有配电系统剩余供电能力模型(RSC)研究了配电网在已有负荷下时,全网以及所有馈线或馈线段的剩余供电能力,适用于定量指导新增负荷接入。本文改进了已有的RSC模型,得到了一种能计算配电网部分馈线或馈线段剩余供电能力的计算方法。首先,简要介绍了现阶段配电网的RSC以及存在的问题;其次,介绍了已有配电网剩余供电能力的数学模型、求解方法;再次,改进了已有的剩余供电能力模型,得到了一种能求解部分馈线或馈线段剩余供电能力的数学模型,并给出了求解方法;最后,结合算例说明本文的剩余供电能力所具有的特点,以及适用的场景。本文工作研究了配电网中,部分馈线或馈线段的剩余供电能力计算方法,能够充分挖掘部分馈线的供电潜力,完善了剩余供电能力的理论体系,其具有更好的实用性和经济性,有利于高效利用配电网的供电潜力、提高资产利用率。

     

    Abstract: The existing residue supply capability (RSC) model of the distribution system studied the residual power supply capability of the whole network and the residual power supply capability of the all feeders when the distribution network contains existing loads, which is suitable for the quantitative guidance of new load access. This paper improves the existing RSC model and obtains a calculation method which can calculate the RSC of specified feeders (RSCsf). Firstly, the distribution network RSC and its existing problems are briefly introduced. Secondly, the mathematical model and solution method of the RSC are introduced. Thirdly, an improved RSC model is proposed to solve the residual supply capability of the partial feeders or feeder sections and the solution method is also given. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the characteristics of the residue supply capability and the applicable scenarios. The proposed calculation method of residue supply capability of the specified feeders in the distribution network improves the existing theory of residue supply capability calculation and the power supply potential of partial feeders can be fully excavated. It has better practicability and economy, and is beneficial to the power supply potential of the distribution network and the utilization ratio of the assets.
